Assessments


There are 3 main reasons for a development effort:

1. To improve someone's performence in their current role
2. To identify potential for a future role
3. To consider career options

Assessments form a fundamental part of any of these developmental scenarios as they provide information about key abilities, attitudes, behaviours as compared with other people or against ideal profiles. Reflection on these insights can help build a meaningful personal development plan
