An intensive 2-day course to develop the competencies required to apply the 15FQ+ personality assessment professionally in staff selection and development.
Personality assessment can provide excellent insight into a person’s typical patterns of thinking, acting and coping. Personality trait questionnaires are ideally suited for selection purposes as they allow direct comparison with others and now include indicators of possible candidate faking. As part of assessment programmes, personality questionnaires can be used in screening and can dramatically increase the impact of interviews.
Applicants for this course should first have competency in basic psychometrics and mental ability testing (e.g. a Level A qualification).
