Even a good test, if used in the wrong way or if misinterpreted, can lead to poor selection decisions. So, clearly, one of the first investments in HR is to ensure that the people selecting your future employees are properly trained. We provide a range of practical, professional courses to help you build up your competencies in talent assessment. If you are new to the area, perhaps start with TA1 to get a good overview of key assessment tools. Or you could focus straightaway on getting a core skill, such as using mental ability tests, via modules TA2 and TA3. Equally, if you are looking for more expertise, you should aim for our higher level courses, Level A (TA8) and Level B (TA9).
