Registered users of China Select will be provided with their own test user account in the on-line Genesys test management system and access to tests appropriate to their qualification level. Registered users are assigned a User Qualification Level based upon their education, training, and experience: Level A allows access to ability and aptitude tests. Level B allows access to personality assessments. Some tests may require specific additional qualifications.
