The 15FQ+ personality questionnaire will be used for the 3rd successive year to help select members of the national Polar Research Expedition team. The rigorous assessment programme, conducted by Professor Yan of Beijing Normal University, includes the 15FQ+ for the reliable insight it provides across a broad range of personality traits, helping the selectors find suitable personality traits and build a harmonious team.
TD-12 used in nationwide research.
Thank you to everyone who took part in trialling the TD-12, a new personality assessment from Pearson Assessments. The TD-12 measures 12 aspects of personality which, if held in extreme, could significantly reduce a person*s effectiveness in a job. Professor Xu Yan, from Beijing Normal University, is currently using the TD-12 to investigate personality factors in her national wide occupational health project. We hope to release the final version of the TD-12 early in 2010.
